Return Policy

1. Overview
At Mac Infinity, we are committed to providing you with the best products and customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy applies to all purchases made directly from Mac Infinity in-store or online at www.macinfinity.sg.
2. General Return Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: You may return most items within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (for online orders).

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and resalable condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and promotional items intact.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply (see Section 5).

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Opened Box and Restocking Fee
If a new, eligible device (e.g., Mac, iPhone, etc.) has been opened (seal broken) but is otherwise complete and in like-new condition, it may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25% of the original purchase price. This fee covers the cost of preparing the item for sale as open-box merchandise. Items exhibiting signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse will be rejected.
6. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

  • If an item is defective upon arrival (Dead On Arrival - DOA), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt exchange or full refund.

  • After 7 days, the product's standard manufacturer warranty applies. Mac Infinity will assist in facilitating the warranty claim or repair service as an authorized reseller/service provider.

7. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@macinfinity.sg or call +65 9237 1529

  2. Provide your original Order Number and the reason for the return.

  3. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back or dropping it off in-store at

Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number
