Secondhand Goods Buy-In Terms & Conditions

1.Mac.Infinity does not purchase item that have been reported stolen or lost.

2. As per Singapore Police Force regulations, Secondhand Goods Dealers are required to ensure items are checked and not reported as lost or stolen property through the SECONDHAND GOODS DEALERS TRANSACTION RECORDS SYSTEM (SHOTS).

3. Secondhand Goods Dealers are required to record Seller's personal data such as name, ID No. (NRIC No., foreign identification number or passport number), address, gender, birth date, contact number, and nationality on the SHOTS system. The secondhand device serial/ IMEI No are also recorded.
